What Map layers are available?

Click on the Layer icon at the bottom of your map to see a complete list of map layers available for that map. This includes all of your created assets.

What type of Assets do I have?

You can find a list of all your created Assets by clicking on the Asset Manager icon on the left hand menu. This is also where you can create new Assets.

Why am I not receiving Alerts?

There are several reasons you might not be receiving Alerts. Check to see if you are on the Recipient List. Check the Thresholds of the Alert to make sure they are set correctly. Check to make sure the Asset Status is turn on so it is Active. If you are still having problems, please use

Why can’t I create assets?

You may not have the right role. Only Customer Admins or Asset Creators can do this. Reach out to your internal account owner or DTN Account Manager to be upgraded.

Why can’t I see data on my Dashboard?

There can be a few different reasons you are not seeing data. Check to see if you have selected an asset for your display. Check to see if you have added the correct widgets your are looking for and that they are configured as needed. It is possible that you have reached your entitlement limit.
