Map views, layer selections, and saved bookmarks can be user specific. Verify you’re using the same saved view and that both accounts have access to the same layers.

How do you make the Map animate its view?
You can enable animation on the Map with its playback controls. Choose a time range and step interval, then press the play button.
How do I turn layers on and off on a Map?
Open the Layers Panel, which looks like a paper stack on the Map view. From here, you can toggle on and off layers and drag to reorder.
Can I save Map Views?
You can by creating a Map Preset. You can see this by clicking on the Layers or Settings option. You can save any Map layer combinations or views by saving them as a preset.
What Map layers are available?
Common Map layers in Weather Hub are various radar, satellite, lightning, precipitation, temperature, wind, severe weather watches/warnings, and storm tracks.
