It’s likely there are no current weather events having to do with the Assets that are available to you at that moment. Many Widgets, such as, Lightning Timer will only display information if there is an active lightning event that meets the Alert criteria that was set.

Why does the map look different for another user?
Map views, layer selections, and saved bookmarks can be user specific. Verify you’re using the same saved view and that both accounts have access to the same layers.
Why did my dashboard load slowly?
Large dashboards with many data-dense widgets and long time windows can increase load times. Consider fewer concurrent widgets, shorter ranges, or lighter layers.
How do I Add, Remove or Rearrange Widgets?
Click the Edit button at the top navigation bar for your Dashboard. Once you select the Edit button, you can choose “Add Widget” to add a new one, drag and drop to reposition the Widgets on your dashboard, or remove ones you don’t need. By clicking “Save” these changes will be set immediately.
Can I create Multiple Dashboards?
Yes. Click on the new New Dashboard icon on the top navigation bar of your dashboard. From here you can select a Dashboard Template and add any available Widgets to a new Dashboard.
What do the rings on a map mean?
The inner dot represents current active status (lightning, observations etc.) whereas the outside ring represents forecast conditions with a 7 Day horizon.
Why can’t I see data on my Dashboard?
There can be a few different reasons you are not seeing data. Check to see if you have selected an asset for your display. Check to see if you have added the correct widgets your are looking for and that they are configured as needed. It is possible that you have reached your entitlement limit.
